List Column Headings
Sorting Column Contents
- Order column
- The items in a list are intially displayed in the order they appear on the page, in the "ascending" order.
- Clicking the column heading toggles the order of display between ascending and descending orders.
- Restore Natural Order choice of the tab options menu restores the display back to its initial state, order by the order column in "ascending" order.
- Column with content in text format
- Clicking on the column heading will sort the content in the alphabetical order.
- Clicking repeatedly toggles the display between ascending and descending alphabetical order.

Additional Column Options
- Clicking
button at the right end of the column headings opens the column options menu. - Columns that are not initially displayed, but may be of interest, can be made added to the display; to add the column to the display, select the column heading of interest from the column options menu.
- Restore Natural Order: When available, this option will restore the order of display of the content to the initial order, which is typically the order in which the items appear on the page. The Order column, when available, displays the natural order.

Requirements and Colored Backgrounds
When an item displayed in a dialog box violates the rules of CITES/DRES Best Practices that are implemented by the Accessibility Extension, the item is indicated with pink, yellow or cream background depending on the severity of the requirement it violates, and related accessibility statement will be displayed in the Accessibility Information area.
- Fail: Pink Background
- Violations of essential practices of Best Practices are indicated with pink background.
- Failure message is displayed when the item with pink background is selected.
- Failures conform with "Fail" of FAE standards.
- Warn: Yellow Background
- Violations of desired practices of Best Practices are indicated with yellow background.
- Warning message is displayed when the item with yellow background is selected.
- Warnings conform with "Warn" of FAE standards.
- ToDo: Cream Background
- These point out accesibility issues that are not yet enforced currently, but may be more stronly enforced in the future.
- ToDo message is displayed when the item with cream background is selected.
